What we collect, and what we do not.

Who is responsible
b11 is operated by Jaan Sokk and Sigrid Butlers, Estonia. For any question about this page or about data we hold, write to hello@b11.ee.
When you book a call
The booking form sends your name, email address, optional company name and chosen time to our booking service, which creates the appointment in Cal.com and Google Calendar. If you answer the optional preparation question after booking, that answer is emailed to us. We use all of this to hold the call and to follow up. It is not sold; the limited advertising measurement described below happens only when you separately allow it.
Analytics, only if you agree
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog to understand how this site is used — which pages are visited, how far the booking form gets, and where people run into trouble. It is hosted in the European Union and reached through our own domain. Your name and email address are never sent to it. If you decline, no analytics code loads at all.
Session recordings
With analytics enabled we may record an anonymised replay of a visit to see where a form fails. Everything you type into a field is masked before it leaves your browser, including your name, email address, company, optional topic description and the free-text answer.
Meta advertising measurement, only if you agree
On our /20min campaign pages, marketing consent allows the Meta Pixel to report a page view and a confirmed booking to Meta Platforms Ireland. When Cal.com confirms a booking, our server also reports the same Schedule event through Meta's Conversions API so the two copies can be deduplicated. Meta receives a random event ID, the campaign page, the _fbp browser ID and _fbc ad-click ID when available, your IP address, the browser user agent when supplied, and a normalised SHA-256 hash of your email address. It does not receive your name, company, preparation answer or Cal.com booking identifier. Meta uses this information for ad attribution, optimisation and audiences and may process it outside the European Economic Area under its own terms. If you do not allow marketing measurement, no Meta code loads and the server sends Meta nothing.
Security and spam
The booking and contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare also carries our analytics traffic.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw analytics and marketing consent at any time using the privacy settings control in the footer. That stops future collection, clears the PostHog and Meta identifiers stored in your browser and asks again on the next visit. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@b11.ee.
