Jaan has spent more than a decade leading products, technical teams and complex delivery across fintech, blockchain, mobility and public digital services. He has also worked independently in web design, photography and video since 2005. At b11, he brings that range to the full path from business problem and user experience to a system that works.

Sigrid brings 15 years of experience in education, training and international school environments. She has coordinated an International Baccalaureate programme, led events at educational institutions, and now combines training with marketing work at LÕOKE, where she is a partner. At b11, she leads discovery, communication and growth, making sure the work starts with a real need and earns people’s trust.
